La cuisine

The heart and centre of la Bessayrie is La Cuisine, the place where all come and savour delicious bites. Chef and co-owner Steven is passionate about using beautiful local, hand-harvested products, grown on and around the site and transforming them into classic dishes with expert technique.

 

We like it simple at La Bessayrie: good for the taste buds, great for the soul. La Cuisine provides you with a variety of fresh,  flavoursome foods that will warm your hart. 

 

Join us for our family dinner La Grande Bouffe in La Cuisine, where food, wine, and conversations flow you while you bond with other guests. If you prefer some peace and quiet, you can of course book a private table.
