La Cuisine is the heart of La Bessayrie, a place where guests gather around the table to enjoy honest, seasonal food.​ Steven cooks with locally sourced ingredients, many of them grown or hand-harvested on and around the estate. Rooted in classic techniques, his dishes celebrate the quality of each ingredient without unnecessary fuss.​ Join us for our shared table d'hôtes, where good food, wine and conversation come together in a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
